From
Central Oxford, cross Magdalen Bridge heading east out of the city. At the
roundabout, take the second exit onto the B480 towards Cowley. Follow the B480
all the way through Cowley until you reach the Ring Road. (NOTE - depending on
which part of Oxford you are coming from, it may be better to use the Ring Road
to get to this point, as the Cowley Road can be very busy)
At the ring road, go straight over the roundabout, and stay on the B480. Follow this road past the BMW factory, past the traffic lights, and straight over the roundabout towards Stadhampton.
Follow the road through Stadhampton until you reach a roundabout, and turn right here, staying on the B480 towards Chalgrove.
After approx. 1.5 miles, you will see a turning on the right signposted to Chalgrove. Take this turning, and follow the road into the village. Go past the Post Office on your left, and The Red Lion is on the left.
There is limited parking between the Post Office and The Red Lion adjacent to the Chalgrove Brook, or on the High Street itself.
